TIBETAN GREEN TEA
All-The-Tea Company specializes in organically grown Tibetan green teas, alone and combined with famous herbs, like rhodiola and snow lotus. The tea is grown at the Yigong Tea Plantation in Linzhi Prefecture, Tibet, at an altitude of over 12,000 feet, at the base of huge mountain peaks with crystal clear run-off and perfect mist and cloud conditions for tea growing. Nearly half of Linzhi is covered by natural forests; the rest is mountain ranges, interrupted by beautiful valleys with rushing rivers.
The aroma of Tibetan green tea is equivalent to that of the finest and most expensive Chinese teas. In order to obtain a variation in taste spices such as snow lotus, saffron, red herb, rhodiola and cordyceps are often added to green tea. The basic taste of green tea is retained, but the herbal additions provide the tea flavors that users will surely appreciate. The herbs provide some useful botanical ingredients, but their presence is small so the tea is enjoyable for everyone.
JAPANESE PREMIUM GREEN TEA
This special Green Tea is organically grown in Shizuoka, Japan. The region is known as a growth site for the best Japanese teas. Already in the 12th century, described the Japanese Zen Master Eisai green tea and its mystic properties. Kenshin Premium Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) is made from young tea leaves. The use of these young leaves and the special processing give the tea a special flavor without a trace of bitterness. After harvesting the young leaves the tea is just steamed and dried. It is believed that this technique is responsible for ensuring that the impressive array of polyphenols is not destroyed. Undoubtedly one of the best among the Japanese green tea varieties.
ORGANIC ROOIBOS TEA FROM AFRICA
Rooibos is an African plant with bright green needle-like leaves that turn red during the production process. Rooibos grows only in the Cedar mountain region, the Western Cape of South Africa. The bush people used Rooibos more than 300 years ago. Even today, the leaves are picked by hand.
They are then collected, crushed, salted and finally dried in the sun. The tea has a deep aroma and full taste and is the most popular beverage in South Africa. Rooibos tea can be drunk hot and cold, with or without sweetener.
